We provide AI-powered video production and content creation services globally, including to clients in the European Union and the United States. We are hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

Our services involve the use of third-party artificial intelligence tools and platforms for content production purposes, including AI image and video generation platforms. Any personal data you provide to us (such as your name, company name, or project details) is used exclusively by us to respond to your inquiry and manage your project. We do not share your personal data with AI platforms for training purposes.

 

AI tools used in our production workflow process creative briefs and project parameters — not your personal identifying information. We take care to ensure that no client personal data is submitted to or stored by AI generation platforms. Product materials and creative references shared with us for production purposes are used solely for the execution of your project and are not shared with any third-party AI services in a way that could identify you personally.

 

In accordance with Connecticut’s amendments to the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), effective July 1, 2026, we disclose that personal data submitted through this Site is not used to train large language models or other AI systems.

 

7. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Inquiries submitted through our forms are received directly via email (info@aiproduction.io) and stored securely within our email system. We do not use third-party CRM platforms to store your data.

 

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Inquiry data (no project initiated): retained for up to 12 months from the date of last contact
  • Project-related data: retained for 5 years in accordance with Spanish accounting and tax law obligations (Ley General Tributaria)
  • After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized
